Sandy MacGillivray was winner of the CPDC (Highlands & Islands) Quaich, for Contribution to CPD in Construction, at the 2011 Inverness College UHI Ceremony at Eden Court Theatre on Friday 30 September.
He is Area Manager of the Sector Skills Council CITB Construction Skills was the worthy winner this year. Sandy has been a stalwart in supporting Education and Training across the Highlands and Islands and beyond for a number of years.
